Pluma Blanca is made with grapes from our own vineyards planted in the town of Nava del Rey, under the criteria of organic farming in the absence of fertilisers and chemical treatments, respecting the nature of the Verdejo grape. The grapes undergo a peculiar maceration in the press for about 5 hours, after which they are pressed and then fermented at 16ºC; finally there is an exhaustive work on the lees from the fermentation yeast for three months in tank with daily stirring to generate the unique creaminess of this new Verdejo. Tasting notes Appearance Clean, bright, with a high robe and attractive yellow-greenish tones. Aroma The nose shows typical aromas of the Verdejo variety over a complex background with hints of exotic fruits, flint and aniseed. Taste In the mouth it is very balanced, pleasant, creamy, but with the typical freshness of the verdejo, and a long and tasty finish. Mineral but without bitterness at the end thanks to its organic viticulture. Temperature Optimal serving temperature: between 7 and 9º C.
